Three days of fun, friendship and rugby at Marlborough's Half-Term Camp

This year's Marlborough Rugby autumn half-term Camp yet again proved to be a thoroughly enjoyable and successful event for all involved. Luckily it was perfect rugby weather for all three days of the camp, allowing the players to make the most of their time on the pitch.

Though numbers were little lower than normal there was no lack of enthusiasm and the positive attitude shown by each and every player more than made up for it. The smaller groups created a great atmosphere, enabling players to develop their skills, build confidence and work closely together.

Teamwork was the standout feature of the camp, with players demonstrating excellent encouragement and sportsmanship throughout the various training sessions and games. Most importantly, everyone had great fun, which after all is what youth rugby is all about.

A huge thank you goes out to our coaches, Adam Whatley and Club Captain Chris Diamond, whose energy and rugby knowledge helped make the camp a positive experience for all those who attended. Their commitment to developing our young players was greatly appreciated by all.

Thank you also to all the players who attended and brought such enthusiasm to the camp. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for the next camp and continuing to build on the friendships, skills and enjoyment that make our youth section so special.
