NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF MARLBOROUGH RFC 59th AGM
To be held at Marlborough Rugby Club on Wednesday 20st May 2025
Meeting commences at 7:00pm
The objectives of the Annual General Meeting are:
a) to receive the Chairman’s report of the activities of the previous year;
b) to approve the minutes of the 58th AGM dated 21st May 2025;
c) to receive and consider the Treasurer’s report and the accounts of the Club for the
previous year; and
d) to elect the Club Officers for the next year;
The current elected officers intend to stand for re-election:
President: Nominations Welcomed.
Chair: Howard Wilkinson
Vice-chair: Richard Purchase
Hon Treasurer: Charlie Williams
Hon Secretary: Ben Littlewood-Hillsdon
e) Any Other Business (if required).

Item (d):
If any eligible member* wishes to stand for any of the Officer positions (President, Chairman, Vice-chairman, Treasurer or Secretary) they must email the Secretary on secretary@mrfc.co.uk to be received by 7pm 6th May with their name, email address & phone number and noting which position they wish to be a candidate for.
Any other business:
If any eligible member* wishes to raise any additional items for discussion at the AGM, they must email the Secretary on secretary@mrfc.co.uk to be received by 7pm on 6thth May with their name, email address & phone number and the topic to be raised. They must attend the AGM in person to introduce the topic.
*eligible members must be aged 18 or over and be fully paid-up members of the Club.
